  • WHAT'S YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
    Cancel 2 weeks before pick up, you will get refunded 100% Cancel 1 week before pick up, you will be refunded half of your deposit. Any trip canceled less than 1 week before pick up will forfeit the deposit. *If we cancel, we will refund you your deposit 100%
  • WHAT DO I SEND WITH MY ANIMAL?
    We ask that you provide us with a few things during their travel. - Their favorite food (8lb bag max) - Their favorite chew toy - A blanket (to make them more comfortable) For our safety and the safety of our fur passengers, we ask that you provide us with an up-to-date rabies vaccination record and a health certificate within 2 days of the pickup date.
